A refined gastronomical evening took place at the Ammon Zeus Hotel on Friday the 6th of July, hosting the famous Constantinopolitan Maria Ekmektsioglou as the guest chef.
The famous chef from Istanbul, known as the main presentor of a number of TV shows on major Greek TV Mega and Alpha channels, presented a unique mix of aquatic recipes focusing on inspiration from both the orient as well as the flavors of the Aegean Sea. Courses featured included among others anchovy and seabream along with local Malagouzia wines produced and distilled in the region of Chalkidiki.
The event took place during lunchtime at the brand new a la carte restaurant of our hotel, Greco’s Sea Food!
Participation was overwhelming and the hotel management is looking forward to organize similar events in the near future.
